1. Nicky Mills retains the copyright for all artwork sold or un sold. No item of work either sold or unsold may be re-produced without written permission from Nicky Mills.
2. Nicky Mills retains the right to use the artwork for self promotional purposes and to credit the image(s) as she desires.
3. Nicky Mills retains the right to sell limited edition prints of original artwork(s) already sold.
4. Nicky Mills reserves the right to change prices without formal notice.
5. Nicky Mills shall not be held responsible for any consequential loss from the late delivery of artwork.
6. All courier fees relating to the job shall be paid by the customer.
7. If no time for delivery is specified in the contract, the customer shall be bound to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery up to a maximum period of 30 days.
8. If a commission is cancelled Nicky Mills reserves the right to charge for any work completed or material purchased prior to receipt of cancellation.
9. If the finished artwork is rejected, returns are at the customers expense unless the painting has been damaged in transit.
